00:06: Let’s have a quick review on how to confirm the number of passengers. Then we will move
00:10: to the manifest.
00:11: Remember that the number of passengers is editable in the itinerary. The
00:15: itinerary can be accessed in the booking panel of the flight strip.
00:20: Confirm the number of passengers per leg and click Save if you make any changes
00:25: Hovering over the Pax panel, we can see name of the lead passenger.
00:29: Let’s navigate to this panel to manage the individuals
00:33: Bessie Coleman is our lead and, in this case, only passenger on the flight.
00:37: Let’s assume that Bessie will be a passenger on all legs of this booking rather
00:42: than select her, from the drop-down list of each leg.
00:44: We can copy and paste her to all subsequent legs
00:48: This flight, reenactment of the 1929 women’s are
00:53: Derby, has 12 legs after clicking the copy icon,
00:57: we received the screen to confirm that she should be on each leg.
01:01: If her journey were to end in Cincinnati instead of Cleveland, for example we could simply
01:05: remove her from the last leg.
01:08: Likewise, we could change passengers, if for example, we needed to pick someone up
01:12: along the way and continue the journey with others.
01:15: Save all changes made to the booking to ensure updates are recorded.
01:20: Click anywhere in the flight strip to close the expanded panels.
01:24: Here we can see that one passenger has been copied to all subsequent legs.
