Pricing Setup
00:00: This guide will walk you through the process of setting up your aircraft pricing in FL3XX.
00:05: Pricing is managed primarily in the aircraft module.
00:09: Select the aircraft you want to edit. Let’s start with our Citation X.
00:14: Navigate to the “Pricing” section by clicking the anchor or scrolling down.
00:19: Price Model is a common choice for FL3XX customers.
00:21: This considers price per hour in an “all-in” fashion.
00:26: Select whether you want to price your flights per block hour or per flight hour.
00:31: This should be selected for revenue flights and positioning flights.
00:35: We have selected block our. So now we enter the hourly price for Revenue flights.
00:39: Let’s use 7,000 dollars.
00:42: Next, we will enter 6000 dollars for the price per block hour for positioning
00:46: flights.
00:48: It is possible to set a minimum block time per passenger leg.
00:51: If the leg’s block time is shorter than this minimum, the pricing will calculate
00:55: as if it were at the minimum level.
00:58: You can also set a minimum block time per positioning leg.
01:02: You can add a Demurrage Penalty to the Aircraft record that will be charged each
01:06: time on a flight leg when the Flight or Block Time is less than what you determined.
