00:29: during onboarding.
00:31: Persons in FL3XX include Staff, Passengers, Owners, Brokers, and
00:35: more. This is your book of business.
00:37: It is where you can keep legal names and job titles, contact information,
00:42: and passport information, just to highlight a few key features.
00:46: Click the green “new” button near the top left of your screen to add a new person
00:51: For persons, who will not have access to your instance, IE Brokers?
00:55: Or passengers or for persons.
00:57: Who will not need access. Until a later time.
00:59: You can create a new person by completing their personal details.
01:02: You just need to salutation first name, last name, and
01:07: gender to save. The more you add to flex, the
01:11: more flexible work for you, but at least an onboarding.
01:14: Let’s keep it simple now, and we can make it more complex later.
01:18: For those who you want to access FL3XX immediately, you can use the “Invite” button on
01:22: the right of your screen under “Access
01:25: Rights.” In fact, they should be expecting this invitation, as it will
01:29: send an email verification that will be valid for 48h.

01:36: to granting access to ensure that emails are well received.

02:07: base and we will discuss them throughout onboarding.
02:10: While we recommend keeping the number of company administrators to a minimums,

03:06: and seat them correctly on flights. However, roles do not determine
03:10: a person’s access level. Access to the Flex system is managed through the Access
03:14: Rights section.
